During the course you will learn the differences between allergies and intolerances. It covers the 14 allergens controlled by legislation. Also, you will learn about food additives and how they can trigger allergic reactions. It takes a detailed look at the symptoms of food allergies. The course looks at the wider picture too. You will look at the current theories of why rates are increasing.
